• Birth Plan Guidance – We’ll help you explore your options and create a plan that reflects your preferences.
• Hospital Bag Checklist – Know exactly what to pack (and what to leave at home) for a smoother hospital stay.
• Labor & Delivery Preparation – Learn what to expect from admission through delivery, so you feel informed and empowered. Learn what happens during each stage of labor, as well as what to expect at the hospital. 
• Pain Management Options – Explore comfort techniques, breathing, and available medical options so you can make informed choices.
• Prenatal Lactation Support - Starting your breastfeeding journey with the right knowledge can make all the difference. Our Prenatal Lactation Support sessions are designed to help you feel prepared and confident before your baby arrives. We’ll provide flange sizing guidance, breastfeeding education, and practical insight into what to expect on your breastfeeding journey—so you feel empowered, supported, and confident from day one.
• Hospital Stay Education – Guidance on postpartum recovery, newborn procedures, and what happens in the first 48 hours.
• Partner/Support Person Role – Guidance for your partner or support person on how to provide comfort, encouragement, and advocacy.
• Q&A Time – A safe space to ask your questions, ease anxieties, and talk through the “what ifs.”
